The glass in my patio door had been smashed by some vandals on a Thursday night. I had an extremely urgent need to have it fixed ASAP for a real estate open house on Sunday. I was desperate. Frank answered my call Friday afternoon and was so incredibly kind and so helpful. I really felt that he listened to how important this was for me. He sent his crew out to my house right away and had it fixed with perfect-looking temporary glass that DAY. Frank and his team absolutely saved me, because I would've had to cancel that open house.
